Service Purpose The video call quote service is designed to provide initial remote consultations to our clients, allowing them to receive a preliminary estimate for their remodeling or construction project without the need for an on-site visit. 2. Scope This service is available for both residential and commercial projects within the service area of GIMA General Home Improvement LLC. The estimate provided is preliminary and subject to further verification if the project proceeds. 3. Service Cost The video call quote is completely free of charge. There is no cost for this service, regardless of whether the client decides to proceed with the project or not. 4. Appointment Scheduling Appointments must be scheduled through our online form or official communication channels. Clients will choose an available date and time and will automatically receive a video call link. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. 5. Client Requirements To ensure an effective video consultation, clients should: Be at the project location (if possible) Have a stable internet connection Provide photos, videos, or approximate measurements of the space Clearly explain their project idea and goals 6. Available Platforms Video calls are conducted through Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, or direct video call, depending on the client’s preference. 7. Service Limitations The video call estimate is preliminary and non-binding. A final estimate may require an in-person technical inspection. GIMA General Home Improvement LLC is not responsible for discrepancies in the estimate due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided during the video call. 8. Privacy and Confidentiality All information shared by the client will be treated with confidentiality. Video calls will not be recorded without the client’s explicit consent. 9. Cancellations and No-Shows If the client fails to attend the scheduled video call without prior notice, GIMA General Home Improvement LLC reserves the right to decline rescheduling unless confirmation is received. 10.
